All items being returned must be in new and unused condition. In some cases, returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Actual refund amount will minus the cost of shipping. We require all customers to contact us before returning their items. You may notify us of your intentions via contact form. Customer assumes all shipping costs incurred by the return shipment. We are unable to offer Merchandise Return Label unless it is a fault item.
