SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing
Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Payment made on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, package will be shipped out on next Monday or next business day (if Monday is holiday). Your orders ship out from our U.S. warehouse. Estimated Arrival in 1-10 Business Days depending on demand and location.
Item Availability
Fish WOW! may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s). Fish WOW! strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. The items will automatically be cancelled and you will be notified by email. You will not be billed for any cancelled item(s). In the event that part of your order is out of stock, Fish WOW! will remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out of stock items ordered.
Free shipping Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Very few exceptions apply and declaration of additional shipping fees will be clearly stated within the product description. Exceptions include items of excessive weight or irregular dimensions.

Coupons and Discounts
At times we offer discounts or coupons. Only one discount or coupon may be used on any one order and during any one day. We reserve the right to decline to accept or ship orders where multiple discounts or coupons are used.

Additional Shipping Terms and Information
The shipping rates set forth above are for shipments only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). For international orders, please contact us.
Shipments to more than one address require shipping charges for each address.
Some orders may be shipped with a “signature required” or “adult signature required” notation at our discretion.
Sales Tax
Because our business is located in California, we are required to charge state sales tax of 7.75% to shipments to addresses located within California.
Verification & Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure to use your billing information (first name, last name, billing address) and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order will be put on hold, pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If this information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may have to contact you to update the information, further delaying your order. Buyer responsible for extra shipping fee of the wrong address. Please make sure your ship-to address is valid. Occasional delays in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or is out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.
Carrier
At Fish WOW!, to ensure the best shopping experience, we use USPS and UPS to deliver our packages. . Including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Right to Correct Errors and Refuse Service
Although we strive to be as accurate as possible, Fish WOW! cannot be liable for pictorial or typographical inaccuracies on our site.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, to refuse service to any person, and to cancel any order placed on our site.
